Well, while you were all sweltering in the 110F heat back in SoCal, Eric and I were back in Michigan to visit with The Girls and the rest of his family. The Girls are Joslyn, Fiona and Brenna. Jos has just return form living abroad in Germany for the last eight months; Fiona is back in college and Brenna is in high School. We hadn’t been together as a group in at least two years! I was looking forward to sunning on the beach at the house on the lake owned by my in-laws. But nature had other plans: rain.
So I did what any self-respecting photographer would do: Made pretty pictures.
On the day we left, the clouds finally left and it was sunny. Meanwhile, back at the ranch…(see next entry)
