Detail of one of the oldest banks in Portland.
This is the US National Bank building in downtown Portland built about 1917. Architecturally, it’s stunning. There’s some cool history about it here. One of the stories I read mentioned that the original lighting designer helped with the rewiring of them at age 90 in 1978!
