Sunshine today, and it got to 64F. This is downtown Seattle from Factoria, a hill with a view (to say the least!). It’s a housing community built around the mid ’60’s but it has an interesting history (it was once home to a burgeoning rabbit industry! Who’s have guessed? Details here ).
Anyway it boasts an amazing view year round.
You’re seeing I-90 crossing over Lake Washington to Mercer Island, Downtown and the Olympic Mountains in the distance. You can see part of Elliot Bay – the Puget Sound. And of course, the Space Needle to the right.
