Monday morning, we decided to have breakfast in the Nob Hill section of Portland. We stumbled on this incredible jewel of a foodie find: Elephant Delicatessen. After I finished my breakfast, I had time to wander through the place.

Some of the meats were locally sourced from artisans in the Northwest.
They have a special “parmesan round splitting demo”. Because slicing the round deminishes the flavor, so there is a special way of breaking it apart. And you can watch it!
