Last Saturday found me at the Salish Lodge with Danielle & Clayton. The Lodge overlooks the Snoqualmie Falls , made famous by the TV show Twin Peaks. It so happened that the Lodge was hosting a Twin Peaks Tour event that day. I was too busy to notice any giants or Kyle McLachlan.
When Danielle and I spoke on the phone a two weeks prior, she told me that they chose a vintage wedding style, with a feather hair piece for her and a cutaway day coat for him. She asked if it was possible to go to the bottom of the waterfall for pictures. Yes! was my answer, and told her to bring her sneakers and be prepared to climb over a railing and some rocks.
So Saturday I was happy to find out that she was still game to go down to the Falls :-).
Another detail about the wedding was that Clayton designed their rings. Danielle had her jewelry made especially for the day.
