We were invited to our friend’s new place in Woodinville.
Wow! is all I can say about the view. And it doesn’t hurt that Chateau St Michelle and Columbia Winery are within walking distance. They don’t know that the barking frog and The Herbfarm are right there, too. It’s situated along the Sammamish River, in the Woodinville area. Woodinville is Wine Ground Zero here in the Western part of Washington, where a boatload of wineries have tasting rooms.
They also live along a very busy bike path, the Sammamish River Trail. It would be fun to ride to thier house.
Let’s see, exercise, great food, wine, a wonderful view and a place to crash? Yeah, we’ll be up at thier place a lot!
