Wagsy’s Food Cart, PDX
I was walking past his cart and he said “Hello”. I, of course, stopped. I needed a photo anyway so we chatted for a while. He’s been open since January and has had a great year thus far. It was a very nice trailer I might add. The sign of a good kitchen is it’s cleanliness and how well organized it is. He even had a full sized stove and oven inside. And the brownie was delish!
