A rainy day meal.
I’m hooked on cooking in my cast iron pan. The need came out of the fact that our kitchen has a very poor ventilation system. So any high heat cooking is done in the oven or else the place gets smokey. This pan has cooked salmon, sausage and chicken this week. One pan – easy clean up.
