Chocolate tasting today, World Foods Market
Every Wednesday, my favorite local market is hosting chocolate tastings by local makers here in Portland. This week, it was Ranger Chocolate. Interestingly enough, each one did have a different flavor profile. Notice the percentages? There are only two ingredients to their chocolate: cacao and organic sugar. That’s it. Let me know if you want me to get you some. The one on the end would pair well with whiskey or bourbon.
