Chewy Ginger Cookies
So Joslyn also has a thing for ginger (as do I and and one other friend of mine). She found this recipe in my December issue of Bon Appetit and just had to make it. Here’s the recipe. She said they were the prettiest cookies she’s ever made. I would have to agree: they are beautiful! So I made them into a still life today.
