I had Shadows as a theme for today. It’s been a while since we’ve seen them, what with all the rain. But this flash of yellow caught my eye at 25 mph.
During my first Spring in the northwest, I saw my very first garden Crocus, the harbingers of warmer weather. This year’s blooms were clustered under some shrubs. They were tiny! I climbed a short rock wall to get to them. Looking up, I saw the homeowner looking at me climbing on her rock wall, and nervously told her that her Crocus were blooming. “I know.”said she. I then told her I was going to take a few shots, and she said “OK.”
