As a foodie, my kryptonite is a Farmer’s Market. Even when I’m out of town, I look for any that are open and go. There is nothing more satisfying that talking to the person who raised your food. Getting to know them, the reasons why they do what they do, tasting thier product out in the elements. It’s my little vacation time.
Since I am of the “food is medicine” camp (look up Hippocrates), it was not hard to get to talking to Valerie. Thier company, Fire Brew, produces apple cider vinegar-based elixers. Each of these elixers has a specific profile. Not for the meek, these are potent!
