Changing of the Seasons
Today I helped Lorita re-plant this bed for our over-winter crop of garlic and shallots. We first had to take out the string beans, which were on their last legs, but surprisingly loaded with a couple of pounds of beans. We just finished laying down the straw. The alliums will be ready next spring.
