Susie of SuDan Lamb Farm had their “Open Barn” party for their customers today. We met them at the PSU Farmers Market where I buy chicken, eggs and lamb from them. We get to see how they run their farm, watch shearing demos, and eat some great grilled lamb, chicken and pate! Here, Susie is telling us about how the processing of the freshly shorn wool, what you see there on the table, will be washed and then packaged up for sale.
