I’m including a series featuring kitchen tools. This has to be in my top ten FAVORITE kitchen tools. It’s not just for eggs anymore. I had overlooked for many years. But since cooking from Bon Appetit, I’ve gotten geekier about food prep. Which means my food tastes better.
By the way, tomorrow marks my third anniversary since moving to The PNW.
