Crows at the Barbee Mill on Lake Washington
We spotted this murder of crows grazing in the grass. It seems like an appropriate photo for Halloween next year.
The other night I was driving up the 405 to Bothell and saw hundreds and hundreds of crows flying towards that evening’s roost location. They were following along the freeway route in the opposite direction I was going. You can read about the night roosts here. One night I’d like to photograph the roost. But they are usually in a hard to get to location.
